We hear a lot about the core these days. So what does that mean, exactly?
The core is much more than just your abs. It really encompasses the entire area from your mid chest to your hips. It’s your “trunk.” Your core provides the stability for all your movements, from making your bed to swinging a tennis racquet or golf club. We will train your core from all 4 sides, using many different techniques, every time we work out together.
