Nutritional Counseling will be a big part of our work together.
     What you put IN your body is crucial to achieving fitness goals.  Our metabolism is like a campfire.  The idea is to keep a low flame burnng all day long.  We don’t want the fire to die down.  So we must put our logs on the fire one at a time.  Small meals (each including a protein and a carb) spread out every 3 hours are the ticket to an efficient fat-burning system. Remember, fruits and vegetables ARE carbs!! Get off the bloating grains as much as possible.
     
     I will teach you what to eat, and when to eat it, to optimize your fat-burning potential.  I can help you keep a food journal and do weekly weigh-ins if you like.  I even have a scale that measures % body fat, so we can track your progress that way too.
