If you feel you need to improve your flexibility, I can help you with that.  We can incorporate extra stretches into your workouts. I can even provide one-on-one yoga sessions.  Flexibility is such an important aspect of fitness–especially as we age.  I have had clients who are sure there is something wrong with their back or hips and that only surgery or medication will help.  Muscles warmed with strength training are more pliable, and after some focused stretches, clients cannot believe the reduction in the pain that they were feeling.  It’s like  magic!! (And a free by-product of the workout!)
